High Voltage Copper Wire Trigger Transformer Inductor Coil - China Suppliers Factory for IPL Hair Removal & Photography Equipment
In 2010, Golden Eagle met an engineer from a xenon lamp factory in the United States at an exhibition and presented a special requirement - a high-quality trigger coil that can instantly generate high voltage of 12Kv. At that time, Golden Eagle had nearly ten years of production experience in the inductor coil industry, but faced with this special demand for trigger coils, the entire company felt a bit of pressure. However, Chairman EUGENE QUEK (Singaporean), with nearly thirty years of experience in the inductor coil industry, is well aware of the potential value and application prospects of this trigger coil, and therefore has decided to accept this challenge.
With strong technical support from customers, the Golden Eagle R&D team overcame technical difficulties and finally developed trigger coil samples that can meet customer needs through repeated experiments and adjustments. The product is widely used in fields such as IPL hair removal equipment, intelligent transportation capture systems, lighting indicators, and photography devices.
With the booming IPL hair removal equipment industry, Nissan was able to produce 40000 units per day.
High-power trigger coils up to 15 Kv were successfully developed and used in the photovoltaic industry.
The function of triggering coils will be extended to the home appliance industry, used for sterilization of mid to high end refrigerators and air conditioners.
Golden Eagle started in 2010 when a US xenon lamp factory engineer requested a high-quality trigger coil capable of instantly generating 12Kv high voltage.
They are widely used in IPL hair removal equipment, intelligent transportation capture systems, lighting indicators, photography devices, the photovoltaic industry, and sterilization systems in home appliances.
By 2020, driven by the booming IPL hair removal equipment industry, the production capacity reached 40,000 units per day.
Following the initial 12Kv trigger coil in 2010, Golden Eagle successfully developed high-power trigger coils capable of reaching up to 15 Kv in 2021.
Since 2022, the application of trigger coils has been extended to mid-to-high-end home appliances, specifically for sterilization functions in refrigerators and air conditioners.
